Who We Are

Farm & Home Realty is a "small" real estate company providing "big" real estate service in the rural, suburban, and small town areas of south-central Kansas, all within one hour of Wichita, the state's largest city. Our office is located in Cheney, 20 minutes west of Wichita.

Our staff has over 76 years combined experience. We are members of the Wichita Area, Kansas, and National Association of Realtors, and we provide Multiple Listing Services.

Who We Serve

The towns we serve have populations of 100 to 3,000 people, with great small town environments, quality schools, and active churches. You will find the shopping, dining & recreational activities a pleasant surprise!

Our area of service includes the following cities and rural areas: Cheney, Garden Plain, Goddard, Clearwater, Argonia, Conway Springs, Milton, Suppesville, Norwich, Kingman, Pretty Prairie, Haven, Mt. Hope, Andale, Colwich, Maize, Sedgwick, Bentley, Haven, Cheney Reservoir State Park area, Hutchinson and West Wichita.
